Frank is the New Jackson Speedway Mascot 

And yes he is a Hot Dog, But then again so are most race Car Drivers Right??

Frank has been hired as the Driver of the Jackson Speedway Show car, so he is usually with the Show Car at all of its appearances. 

By the Way Franks Full Name is Frank Furter.
