Our Current "Want" List for Equipment:
Water Truck or Water Tank to be used to make a Water Truck: We are looking to add a water truck or two to our stable of equipment.
One nice thing to have would be a spray type truck that could mist the track, and could also be used to get around the infield easier than the big truck that we have now. Sometimes spray trucks come available from coops and other places that spray crops.
We do have a few options for making a truck, so if we could find a Water Tank, this might work out as well - The tank can be Plastic or Metal and needs to be at least 1,000 gallons.
Of course an actual water truck (or Spray Type Truck ) would work as well.
Lely Roterra The above are pictures of a Lely Roterra. This is a PTO driven machine that basically tills up the top inch (or more ) of soil. Sometimes this is called a power harrow. There are a couple of other manufacturers of them as well, but the Lely Roterra seems to be the most common ones around.
Sheeps Foot 60' Drum with "Pad Type Feet" - we don't necessarily need one, but we are always looking for a deal! So if you see one on an auction or just sitting around, let us know.
Storage Shed We could use a storage shed to store tools, Four Wheelers, etc in. Something that we could move in already build could work, maybe like 8' x 16'. But size in not that critical, just nothing really small. We just could really use a place to store tools, oil and stuff like that in.
Flatbed Trailer We are putting Sprint Car for a "Show Car". We do not plan on having it run, (but want it to look good!) and what we want to do is to park it at different locations throughout the racing season. For example at one of the next weeks sponsors, pull it through parades, take it to farm and home shows, etc. We are looking for a trailer to pull this show car around on.
We don't actually need any of the above equipment, but if we find the right deal could use it!
E-mail me what you have at j.mccorkell@mchsi.com and how much you want for it (or if you would donate it), or if you know where any of this type of equipment may be located.
Thanks!
